Fascia is connects every part of our bodies to every other part and holds the structure of cells, organs, bones, muscles, etc. in place.  Myofascia is fascia within muscles.  Massage can profoundly affect the myofascia, giving clients more freedom and comfort, even allowing more efficient function of organs beyond the muscles themselves.
